HANG IN THERE

HANG IN THERE

Rev. Albert Addai

There are times in live that failure challenge us boldly, confronting our faith, but we can offer no answer.  Perhaps, at this moment in your life, you might have dedicated your whole life to the success of an endeavour but at the end you are treated embarrassment and dared to throw in the towel. HANG IN THERE.

If your endeavour and labours are according to the will of God, no matter the obstacles the enemy may arraign in your path, you will certainly become triumphant in the end. SO, HANG IN THERE.

The Book of Judges 10, 11 & 12 tells a fascinating story of a man called Jephthah, who was an outcast, son of a prostitute, despised and rejected, but became a mighty warrior of Israel. Jephthah who was abandoned nevertheless he was intended by God to be Israel’s deliverer and Judge. Like Jephthah, you may feel despised and rejected, but HANGE IN THERE, and don’t write yourself off even when people write you off, because God often humbles those he designs to exalt. SO, HANG IN THERE.

Jephthah was thrusted out of his family; he became the head of vain men but was brought back with honour. You see, your current problems will not determine your future but will prepare you for what your future holds.

Remarkably, the Spirit of God made the difference in Jephthah’s accomplishments,

Judges 11:29

Then the Spirit of the LORD came on Jephthah”

The Spirit of God provided divine enablement in Jephthah’s life. HANG IN THERE, beloved, and don’t give up, because contact with the Spirit of God will affect your now and your tomorrow. Don’t give up. Is the road too long? Don’t stop. Is the night black? Don’t quit. God is watching, He is faithful and will honour his promise in your life. Grace be multiplied to you.
